Quarry Hill Nature Center offers customized programs for your club, scout group, senior center or community group. Programs are tailored to the age, size and interests of your group. Our talented naturalists enjoy sharing nature knowledge and answering your 'wild' questions.

SNAKES OF MINNESOTA
Learn about the unique adaptations of snakes through a presentation featuring live MN native snakes, such as a milk snake, fox snake, bull snake, or hog-nosed snake.
BIRDS OF PREY
Features a live American Kestrel or Eastern Screech-owl, mounted local raptors, and a look at these birds’ incredible abilities.
CRAWLY CRITTERS
Features the world of invertebrates – with an up close look at a live tarantula, walking stick, & hissing cockroach.
ROCKS & FOSSILS
Dig into paleontology to learn about Minnesota's fossil history. Learn about what types of fossils are here, how they were formed, and discover the ancient animals that called MN home!
MAMMAL MANIA
Features a look at local mammals through mounts, skulls, fur, and don’t forget the scat!
