This practice encourages participants to slow down, experience nature through the senses, and enjoy the numerous health benefits of the natural world. The calming and restorative effects of connecting with nature can help reduce stress and anxiety, improve mood and boost the immune system.
Meet at the Nature Center. Walk covers 0.5 miles but accommodations can be made for mobility limitations.
