There are seven native Minnesota snake species at the Nature Center. From flexible jaws to smelling with their tongue, snakes are charming! Slither in and coil up while a naturalist introduces you to a variety of snakes and their scaly goodness.

Meet our wildest staff members!
The animal residents at Quarry Hill Nature Center are hardworking and, with the help of a naturalist, love to tell their story. Critter programs focus on the eating, sleeping and survival skills of an animal that calls Quarry Hill home.

- Children 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult
- All ages are welcome to participate.
- Please arrive by 1:20 for check-in. After 1:20, we open spots for those on the wait list.
- No pets or food allowed in the Nature Center
