Quarry Hill Nature Center is located in 320-acre Quarry Hill Park, often referred to as the "Jewel" of the Rochester Park system. Year round free admission, learn more about the Nature Center features here.

Quarry Hill Park was once the grounds of the Rochester State Hospital. During this guided walking tour, participants will visit some of the interesting historic features that remain from a century of State Hospital use and learn about the human history of the area. From cave, to cemetery, to quarry operation, the history is rich and intriguing!
