MN PAiR Artist IN Residence 

The City of Rochester and Olmsted County are participating in the Creating Belonging in Minnesota Parks — Artist Residency Pilot Program.

Cassandra Buck has been selected as a to create public art at Quarry HIll, Cascade Lake and Oxbow Park. 

Throughout the month of March,  Cassandra  invites you to participate in an exciting opportunity to make art that inspires, and contribute to a public art installation at Quarry Hill Park.

PLAN A DAY IN NATURE

Quarry Hill Park is free and open to the public year-round.

The nature center is also free and open all but four days of the year. Trained, knowledgeable staff welcome visitors and share their insights into what makes southeast Minnesota unique to the state and Upper Midwest.

 

NATURE CENTER HOURS

Mon — Fri 9am–4pm
Saturday 9am–4pm
Sunday 12-4 pm
Holidays 12-4pm
Closed: July 4, Thanksgiving Day, December 24 & 25

PARK & TRAIL HOURS

Dawn to dusk every day.

Dogs must be leashed at all times in Quarry Hill Park according to City of Rochester Ordinance 45.B10.
